Molecular Provisions Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
By applying to or participating in the Molecular Provisions Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Molecular Provisions reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any Affiliate at its discretion and to deny commissions that do not comply with these Terms.
1. Affiliate Eligibility & Approval
Participation in the Molecular Provisions Affiliate Program is subject to approval.
Molecular Provisions reserves the right to reject or remove an Affiliate from the Program at any time, including where the Affiliate’s promotional methods, content, traffic sources, or business practices are inconsistent with our brand or these Terms.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and current information when applying to and participating in the Program.
2. Qualifying Referrals & Commissions
Affiliate commissions are intended to compensate Affiliates for genuinely referring customers and generating sales for Molecular Provisions through approved promotional activities.
A tracked transaction does not automatically constitute an eligible commission.
Molecular Provisions reserves the right to review, approve, deny, or reverse commissions where we reasonably determine that a transaction:
- Was not genuinely generated by the Affiliate;
- Was improperly attributed to the Affiliate;
- Resulted from a prohibited promotional method;
- Involved fraudulent, misleading, manipulative, or abusive activity;
- Was a self-referral;
- Was canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise invalid;
- Was generated through unauthorized paid advertising or brand bidding;
- Was generated by intercepting a customer who was already intentionally navigating to or searching for Molecular Provisions; or
- Otherwise violates these Terms.
Molecular Provisions' records and affiliate tracking data may be used when determining commission eligibility.
3. Paid Search & Brand Bidding — Strictly Prohibited
Affiliates may not use paid search advertising involving Molecular Provisions without prior written authorization from Molecular Provisions.
This includes, but is not limited to, Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Yahoo Ads, paid search placements, sponsored search results, or similar advertising platforms.
Affiliates may not bid on, target, purchase, or otherwise use:
- “Molecular Provisions”;
- Molecular Provisions trademarks or product names;
- Our domain name or URLs;
- Variations, abbreviations, or misspellings of Molecular Provisions;
- Search terms containing “Molecular Provisions” combined with words such as “coupon,” “discount,” “promo,” “review,” “sale,” or similar terms; or
- Any other search term intended to capture a consumer specifically searching for Molecular Provisions.
Affiliates may not place paid advertisements that direct consumers through an affiliate tracking link before redirecting them to Molecular Provisions.
Affiliates are also prohibited from using paid advertising to intercept existing Molecular Provisions customers or consumers who are already intentionally searching for or navigating to Molecular Provisions.
Any commission generated through unauthorized paid search advertising or brand bidding may be denied or reversed.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Program and forfeiture of commissions associated with the prohibited activity.
4. Existing Customers & Referral Interception
Affiliates may not intentionally use promotional methods designed primarily to insert affiliate tracking into the purchase journey of existing Molecular Provisions customers who the Affiliate did not genuinely refer.
This includes practices designed to obtain last-click attribution from consumers who are already intending to purchase directly from Molecular Provisions.
The presence of an affiliate cookie or tracking parameter alone does not guarantee commission eligibility.
Molecular Provisions reserves the right to deny commissions where available information reasonably indicates that the Affiliate did not meaningfully contribute to the referral or sale.
5. Cookie Stuffing & Manipulation
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, automatic redirects, pop-ups or pop-unders that automatically set affiliate cookies, invisible links, misleading redirects, or any other method of placing an affiliate tracking cookie without a user's intentional interaction with Affiliate content is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not use browser extensions, software, toolbars, scripts, adware, or similar technologies to overwrite or improperly obtain affiliate attribution.
Any commissions associated with these practices will be denied and may result in immediate termination from the Program.
6. Coupon, Deal & Discount Websites
Affiliates may not publish Molecular Provisions coupon codes, promotional codes, discounts, or offers on coupon, deal, discount, cashback, or similar websites without prior written authorization.
Affiliates may not:
- Advertise nonexistent Molecular Provisions coupon codes;
- Use misleading “click to reveal” offers;
- Present publicly available promotions as exclusive affiliate offers;
- Use unauthorized coupon codes;
- Rank pages for Molecular Provisions coupon-related searches for the primary purpose of obtaining affiliate attribution; or
- Distribute codes intended for another Affiliate, creator, customer, or promotion.
Commissions generated through unauthorized coupon or deal activity may be denied.
7. Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not earn commissions on their own purchases.
This includes purchases made using the Affiliate's own name, account, email address, payment method, household information, or other information that reasonably indicates a self-referral.
Affiliates may not arrange purchases primarily for the purpose of generating commissions.
8. Promotional Content & Brand Representation
Affiliates must represent Molecular Provisions accurately and professionally.
Affiliates may not:
- Make false, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated statements about Molecular Provisions or its products;
- Imply that they are Molecular Provisions, an employee of Molecular Provisions, or an official company representative;
- Create websites, social media accounts, advertisements, or domains that could reasonably be mistaken for official Molecular Provisions properties;
- Copy Molecular Provisions' website or branding in a misleading manner;
- Use Molecular Provisions trademarks, logos, photographs, or other intellectual property except as authorized for legitimate promotion of the Program; or
- Make unauthorized guarantees regarding product results.
9. Health & Product Claims
Because Molecular Provisions offers wellness and dietary supplement products, Affiliates must use particular care when discussing our products.
Affiliates may not make claims that a Molecular Provisions product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or medical condition unless such claim has been expressly authorized by Molecular Provisions and is legally permitted.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional content complies with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and endorsement laws and regulations.
10. Affiliate Disclosures
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Molecular Provisions wherever required by applicable law.
Affiliate disclosures must be clear and conspicuous and should appear in proximity to affiliate links or promotional content where required.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement and disclosure requirements and any other laws or regulations applicable to their activities.
11. Email, SMS & Direct Marketing
Affiliates may not send unsolicited commercial email, SMS messages, direct messages, or other communications promoting Molecular Provisions.
Affiliates engaging in email or other direct marketing must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and may only contact individuals where they have the appropriate permission to do so.
Affiliates may not represent that communications are being sent directly by Molecular Provisions.
12. Social Media
Affiliates are welcome to promote Molecular Provisions through legitimate social media content, subject to these Terms.
Affiliates may not create social media usernames, pages, groups, or accounts that impersonate Molecular Provisions or could reasonably be mistaken for an official Molecular Provisions account.
Required affiliate or sponsored-content disclosures must be included where applicable.
13. Domain Names & Trademark Use
Affiliates may not register, purchase, or use domain names, social handles, advertising accounts, or other digital properties containing “Molecular Provisions” or confusingly similar variations without prior written authorization.
Participation in the Program does not transfer ownership of any Molecular Provisions trademark, copyright, brand asset, or other intellectual property to the Affiliate.
14. Fraud & Suspicious Activity
Molecular Provisions reserves the right to investigate any referral, transaction, traffic source, or Affiliate account that appears unusual or potentially abusive.
Examples may include:
- Unusual conversion rates;
- Abnormally high commissions over a short period;
- Repeated purchases from existing customers attributed through unexpected traffic sources;
- Suspicious redirects;
- Unauthorized paid advertising;
- Duplicate or fabricated accounts;
- Manipulation of affiliate tracking;
- Fraudulent transactions; or
- Any attempt to obtain commissions without legitimately contributing to the sale.
Commissions may be held while an investigation is conducted.
15. Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks
No commission is payable on purchases that are canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
If a commission has already been credited or paid on such a transaction, Molecular Provisions reserves the right to reverse or offset that commission against future amounts payable where permitted.
16. Commission Review & Payment
Commissions are subject to review before payment.
Affiliate-platform tracking is a tool used to assist with attribution and does not independently create an unconditional right to payment.
Molecular Provisions reserves the right to deny or reverse commissions that are determined to be ineligible under these Terms.
17. Suspension & Termination
Molecular Provisions may suspend or terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, unauthorized advertising practices, conduct that may harm the Molecular Provisions brand, or other reasonable business grounds.
Upon termination, commissions associated with prohibited, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise ineligible activity may be denied.
Valid commissions earned in compliance with these Terms prior to termination will remain subject to the Program's normal review and payment procedures.
18. Changes to the Program
Molecular Provisions may modify the Affiliate Program, commission rates, eligibility requirements, promotional rules, or these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will apply prospectively from their stated effective date or as otherwise communicated to Affiliates.
Continued participation in the Program following an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Affiliate Responsibility
Affiliates are independent participants and are responsible for their own content, advertising, business activities, taxes, legal compliance, and expenses.
Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or other similar relationship between the Affiliate and Molecular Provisions.
20. Questions & Written Authorization
Where these Terms require “prior written authorization,” approval must be obtained directly from Molecular Provisions before the promotional activity begins.
If an Affiliate is uncertain whether a promotional method is permitted, they should contact Molecular Provisions and receive written approval before proceeding.
By joining or continuing to participate in the Molecular Provisions Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
